Schorn Realty was established in 1984 by William Schorn.  After 10 plus years affiliated with large real estate firms, Bill wanted to create a family-style company, offering full service on a more personal level.  Bill also brought to the table what is now over 30 years experience as a general contractor, home builder, and licensed real estate instructor.  Schorn Realty is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors.     

This background, combined with talent invited in over the years, has made for great relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.  As a client of Schorn Realty, you are not just another listing or buyer, you are an essential part of our business. 

In 1996, Bill and Kathy Schorn added mortgages to the list of services offered with the creation of  River Valley Mortgage.

River Valley Mortgage offers products from dozens of lenders, including custom loan programs for those building a new home, self employed borrowers, and first time homeowners.  The loan officers at River Valley offer over 70 years combined experience in the mortgage industry.
